With over 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Mohamed Algamal stands as a beacon of leadership and innovation.
His journey spans global roles, including Global VP Marketing and Head of MEA Region at Emmaus Life Sciences, focusing on Hematology and Rare Diseases, along with pivotal positions at Amgen, Baxter, and Servier.
A specialist in areas ranging from hematology and oncology to rare diseases and cardiovascular health, Mohamed’s strategic vision is rooted in a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Mansoura University, Egypt.
Abdelaziz FAhem, PhD
Vice President Medical Affairs and Clinical Research
Dr. Abdelaziz Fahem, PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Reims (France), brings over 18 years of experience in clinical research and medical affairs. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed and executed medical affairs strategies, while leading and mentoring MSL teams across Europe and the Middle East.
Dr. Fahem has a proven track record of managing clinical studies from Phase II to Phase IV, including real-world data (RWD) initiatives and investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs), ensuring scientific excellence and alignment with regulatory and commercial goals.
He has held strategic leadership roles at several leading biopharmaceutical companies, including Bavarian Nordic, Inivata, Basilea Pharmaceutica, and Emmaus Life Sciences. His expertise spans a broad range of therapeutic areas, with a particular focus on Oncology, Hematology, and rare diseases. His deep scientific knowledge, combined with his strong leadership and cross-regional experience, positions him as a key driver of impactful, patient-centered medical strategies.
